The campaign is conducted by the Morris Plains Police Department DARE Officers at Borough School for students from grades 3 through 8. This program is intended to increase youth self-esteem and to create awareness of the dangers of tobacco, alcohol and other drugs.

This is for the fathers' and sons to create the man-to-man bond where they can openly discuss the issues most pre-teenagers face so that they keep away from substance abuse and not given in to peer pressure and end up trying wrong things.
This is "just for girls" activity intended to provide positive activities for pre-teen girls to share with their mothers (or female relatives.) to help establish meaningful family bonds and to inspire the girls to choose and enjoy positive, healthy activities in the future.
